Terms of Sale & Sponsored Listing Agreement

1. Scope of Service & Tiers

BuildingDisputeHelp provides an independent public-information directory and offers optional, clearly labelled sponsored business placements on relevant regional or topic pages. Current commercial tiers: Featured Listing (?62.86/month launch price; ?99/month regular). A basic directory listing remains available free of charge upon verification.

2. Pricing, Billing & VAT

All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in GBP (?) via Stripe Checkout. Prices shown on the website are total prices; no VAT is charged. Where a launch rate is advertised (for example, ?62.86/month), that rate is locked in for the first 12 consecutive months of an active subscription.

3. Verification, Publication SLA & Refund Guarantee

Every business listing is verified against Companies House or the relevant UK professional register before going live. Sponsored cards are published within 24 to 48 business hours of payment and verification. If your business does not pass verification, or if you request a refund before your sponsored card is published live, we issue a 100% full refund immediately via Stripe. In addition, if we fail to publish your verified listing within 48 business hours of receiving your listing details, you are entitled to a full refund of your payment upon request within 14 days.

4. Cancellation (No Lock-In)

All paid listings are rolling monthly subscriptions with no minimum term. You may cancel at any time via the Stripe customer billing link in your receipt or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops all future billing immediately, and your sponsored placement remains live until the end of the current paid monthly period.

5. Advertising Standards & Editorial Independence

In compliance with the UK CAP Code and search engine guidelines, all paid placements are visibly labelled as Sponsored or Featured and outbound links carry rel="sponsored". Purchasing a placement never alters our independent editorial guides, court/council data, or statutory calculators, and does not guarantee a specific volume of enquiries or client instructions.
