1. Data We Collect

Our calculators and guides run client-side in your browser without requiring personal registration. When a business submits a listing claim or enquiry via /for-business/, we collect the business name, Companies House or regulatory number, work email address, website URL, and target page preference. We also record aggregate, privacy-preserving page and outbound-click telemetry without cross-site tracking cookies.

2. Lawful Basis & Purpose

We process business listing data under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract or steps prior to entering a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate business interests in verifying and publishing accurate B2B directory information). Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

3. Data Retention & Your Rights

Business listing records are kept while a listing is active and for up to 24 months thereafter for accounting and audit compliance. Under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data, or object to B2B outreach at any time by emailing [email protected].
