Electricians snagging log — what to record
The short answer: log every electricians defect the day you spot it: location, date, photos, the builder's written response. Watch hardest for: dead sockets, tripping consumer units, unfinished certification, chased-in cables without safe isolation. The log becomes the backbone of your schedule of loss.
